FMECA worksheet
MIL-STD-1629A worksheet columns, RPN = S × O × D, sort by risk and free-text filter. Anything the tool cannot compute is reported as an issue with the path to the offending item, rather than silently omitted or guessed at.

Reports with the math shown
Self-contained HTML and RFC 4180 CSV. Every number is printed beside its formula and its inputs, and every report states which standards excerpts were in force when it was generated.
